Aerial Drone Surveying

As technology advances, so do the uses, and that is why we have adapted and integrated the use of aerial drones to assist us when surveying buildings and roofs. This gives us a much safer, quicker and more advanced way to survey and provide accurate advice and costs to the customer.

Once upon a time when a large, tall and usually inaccessible roof areas or buildings, the only option to get a close look at the issues was to erect a scaffolding or hire expensive machinery and operators. Those days are now gone, with our aerial drone equipment.

Upon requesting our team to provide an aerial drone survey to your property, we will book a date in that suits you and our team will attend and carry out the survey, working with you to ensure all areas which you wish to have captured with photos/videos, are done so. Once completed, our team will send you a compiled digital file containing all photos, videos and documents relating to the flight and survey.

Our CAA approved drone pilots have undergone training and qualifications as recognised by the UK Civil Aviation Authority, and hold relevant public liability insurance documents for flights being carried out, giving you complete peace of mind that you have professionals working on your behalf and on your properties. Before each flight a risk assessment is carried out to determine weather factors which may impact the flight as well as overhead obstructions, vehicles, aircraft restrictions etc.
