Conservatory Roof Replacement
This customer reached out to us after years of having a cold, impractical and wasted conservatory space. They worked with our team from the initial consultation through to plans and CAD drawings and the final build, ensuring each of their individual specifications and needs were met.
Some of the key issues with the existing conservatory as reported by the homeowner, were that the temperature loss in the winter is large and the room is too hot in the summer – a common problem with conservatory roofs in the UK. Another issue they faced was upon the initial build, a window was overlooked and not accounted for meaning once the conservatory was built, the window could not open – this was something that must be rectified with the new conservatory roof.

Our team put together drawings and plans as well as CAD designs and presented them to the client for approval, once approved we tasked on having the purpose-built trusses manufactured and delivered to site.
In order to compensate for the existing window not opening, we required to add additional height to the brickwork on the conservatory – the customer did not want a large fascia so instead we had our bricklayers add an additional 4 courses of bricks to the structure once the existing polycarbonate roof was removed.
Once the the roof was completed our team were tasked with completely renovating the internals with new insulation, plasterboard, electrics, plaster and a knock through into the living room to further enhance the space.
