Apartment Block Roof Replacement

A commercial client approached us in early 2022 with the wishes to have a large scale roof replacement carried out on one of their apartment buildings. After a year of discussion and amendments to suit their individual needs, our quote for works was approved and works began in 2023.

The works included a vast array of services to be completed including box gutters to be repaired and sealed, pitched roof replacements and flat roof recovery.

Our works began by organising for the large scaffolding to be erected, which was made up of a fully fixed boarded scaffold to the front of the building and handrails to the remaining sides. This work was essential to allow our team to access the roof elevations safely and efficiently, while working with the tenants to ensure the rear underground car park and pedestrian access was not interrupted.
